Our Return Policies

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and comfortable with your buying decisions. So we simplified our return policy.

The steps are really easy:

1. apply for refund, return or replacement.
2. we will send you a  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a shipping label (please see below if you qualify for a prepaid shipping label)
3. within 7 days of receiving the returned item we will issue a refund

 General conditions

• You may return most items purchased from Karaze78.com (exclusions list), for any reason, and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. Your item must be returned unused and in its original packing.

• Refund payment shall be processed within 7 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.  The time frame for you to receiving the fund depends on the method of payment and the issuing institution.

• Christmas Exception:  Items purchased between November and December are eligible for return/replacement/exchange until January 30 from the next year. items must be returned unused and in its original packing.

Replacement

If you received a defective item that is sold by Karaze78.com and need to replace it with the same item please fill in the form and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Exchange

If you wish for any reason to exchange an item sold by Karaze78.com by another item you have to ask for a refund and place a new order. You need to notify us via this form and we will issue a free shipping slip for the new item.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and should be returned with the original packing.

When do we pay for return shipping?

 You will qualify for free shipping returns if:

1. We made an error and you got the wrong product and don’t wish to have a replacement
2. You received a defected product and you don’t wish to have a replacement
3. The product you purchased was not well-represented in our listing
4. The product qualifies for a free return ( available on the product page under additional information)
